Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
